16يوم لانهاء العنف ضد المرأة

في أطار حملة  (16 يوم  لانهاء العنف ضد المرأة)    تحت شعار  أتحدوا لأنهاء العنف ضد المراة  اقامت جامعة بغداد /مركز دراسات المراة  والمركز العراقي لتأهيل المراة وتشغيلها   وبالتعاون مع منظمة هارتلاند الاينس الدولية مؤتمرا تحت شعار   (نتحد لا  للعنف )  حيث تم افتتاح المؤتمر  بالفاتحة على ارواح الشهداء  في العراق. والنشيد الوطني  ثم كلمة الدكتورة عذراء اسماعيل رئيسة مركز دراسات المراة في جامعة  بغداد  عن انجازات مركز دراسات المراة واعلنت اطلاق مرصد حقوق المراة  ثم  القت  المهندسة  جنان مبارك التميمي كلمتها كرئيسة للمركز  العراقي لتأهيل المراة وتشغيلها مستعرضة تاريخ المركز للعشرين عاما السابقة  وتاريخ  منظمة االهارتلاند اللاينس الدولية ومشروع  (العدالة للجميع )والتركيز على اهمية المشروع الذي تم تنفيذه بين بغداد والناصرية  لايقاف ظواهر العنف ضد المراة واهمها الفصلية  واطلاق الدليل التدريبي لكتابة المشاريع من قبل المركز ثم كلمة النائب  عدنان الجحيشي  رئيس لجنة مكافحة المخدرات البرلمانية  وتاثير المخدرات على العنف ضد المراة  والمستشار رئيس الوزراء لمنظمات المجتمع المدني  الدكتور وليد الحلي ودور المرأة في ايقاف العنف ضد نفسها  كما تم تمثيل الشرطة المجتمعية كعمود مهم في عملنا  من قبل السيدة رؤى محمد نجيب مهدي مسؤولة وحدة المنظمات والفرق التطوعية  والسيدة بسمه مزعل هاشم مديرة الشعبة النسوية الشرطة المجتمعية وممثلة الدائرة الوطنية للمرأة السيدة كفاح ناصر    اما البحوث ذات العلاقة بالمؤتمر  فهم :

اختتم المؤتمر  بتقديم دروع التكريم   من قبل المركز العراقي لتاهيل المراة وتشغيلها وشهادات التقدير  من قبل الدكتورة عذراء اسماعيل  للباحثين والمستشارين والنائب عدنان الجحيشي    وتم تسجيل توصيات المؤتمر وتم الاتفاق عليها 
لقد اتفق واتحد الجميع على وقف العنف ضد المراة

وأنتهى المؤتمر بتوصيات عدة أهمها:
-ضرورة تعزيز البحث العلمي في مجال العنف ضد المرأة بجميع أشكاله مع التركيز على الأشكال الجديدة المرتبطة بالتطور التكنولوجي كالعنف الرقمي.
-تشجيع الطلبة والباحثين على فهم وتحليل ظاهرة العنف بالمجتمع العراقي،  والعمل على الظاهرة كمواضيع للأبحاث والإلمام بها في جميع الزوايا العلمية
-ضرورة التمكين الاقتصادي للنساء ضحايا العنف
والهشاشة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وحماية المرأة العاملة من كافة أشكال العنف والتمييز والإقصاء

Within the framework of the campaign (16 Days of Violence against Women) under the slogan “Unite because it is against violence against women”, the University of Baghdad / Center for Women’s Studies and the Iraqi Center for Women’s Rehabilitation and Employment, in cooperation with Heartland Alliance International, held a conference under the slogan
(We unite, no for violence) where the conference was opened with Fatiha for the souls of the martyrs in Iraq. And the national anthem, then a speech by Dr. Adhraa Ismail, head of the Women’s Studies Center at the University of Baghdad, about the achievements of the Women’s Studies Center and announcing the launch of the Women’s Rights Observatory. Then engineer Jinan Mubarak Al-Tamimi gave her speech as head of the Iraqi Center for Women’s Rehabilitation and Employment, reviewing the history of the center for the past twenty years and the history of the International Heartland Alliance and the project.

(Justice for All) and focusing on the importance of the project that was implemented between Baghdad and Nasiriyah to stop the phenomena of violence against women, the most important of which is the (Fasliya ) and the launch of the training guide for writing projects by the center, then the speech of Representative Adnan Al-Juhaishi, Chairman of the Parliamentary Narcotics Control Committee and the impact of drugs on violence against women and the Prime Minister’s Advisor for Community Organizations. Civilian Dr. Walid Al-Hilli and the role of women in stopping violence against themselves were also represented
The community police were also represented as an important pillar in our work by Ms. Ruaa Muhammad Najeeb Mahdi, head of the Voluntary Organizations and Teams Unit, Ms. Basma Mazal Hashem, director of the Women’s Division of Community Police, and the representative of the National Department for Women, Ms. Kifah       Nasser. As for the research related to the conference, they are:

The conference concluded with the presentation of shields of honor by the Iraqi Center for the Rehabilitation and Employment of Women and certificates of appreciation by Dr. Adhraa Ismail to researchers, consultants and Representative Adnan Al-Juhaishi. The conference’s recommendations were recorded and agreed upon. 
Everyone agreed and united to stop violence against women The conference ended with several recommendations, the most important of which are:
-The need to strengthen scientific research in the field of violence against women in all its forms, with a focus on new forms associated with technological development, such as digital violence.
- Encouraging students and researchers to understand and analyze the phenomenon of violence in Iraqi society, and to work on the phenomenon as topics for research and become familiar with it in all scientific angles.
-The necessity of economic empowerment for women victims of violence
Economic and social fragility, and protecting working women from all forms of violence Discrimination and necessity
