اجتماع (مجلس تمكين لحقوق الانسان ) الممثلة برؤساءمنظماتها الحاضر بعض منهم الاجتماع مع جناب الدكتور اشرف الدهان مدير عام دائرة المنظمات غير الحكومية حيث رحب. حضرته بالوفد الممثل للمجلس بموجب مذكرة التفاهم بين المنظمات المؤسسة للمجلس
اولا وكما نؤمن بأن مذكرات التفاهم هي صيغة تنظيمية للعمل ومرحلة تحضيرية لتسجيل المجلس في دائرة المنظمات غير الحكومية مستقبلا بعد انضاج العمل واخذ القرار ابدى حضرته استعداد دائرة المنظمات التعاون وتقديم الاستشارة القانونية لتسجيل المجلس مستقبلا من الكادر القانوني للدائرة
ثانيا قدمت منظمات المجلس الحاضرة طروحات عديدة اهمها كون المجلس يضم خبرات عريقة مستعدلتقديم مايمكن تقديمه من خبرات للمنظمات الحديثة لدعم مسيرة المنظمات وفق خطة مقترحة سيتم ارسالها للدائرة عن قريب وطروحات كثيرة اخرى

Meeting (Human Rights Empowerment Council) represented by the heads of its organizations present, some of them met with Dr. Ashraf Aldahan, General Director of the NGO Department, where he was welcomed. I attended the delegation representing the Council under the memorandum of understanding between the founding organizations of the Council
Firstly, as we believe that the Memorandum of Understanding are an organizational format for work and a preparatory stage for registering the Council  in the non-governmental organizations department in the future after the maturity of the work and the decision is made by the Department of Cooperation Organizations and providing legal advice to register the Council in the future from the legal staff of the department
Secondly, the present council organizations presented many proposals, the most important one is that the council includes ancient experiences, ready to present what can be presented from the experiences of the modern organizations to support the movement of the organizations according to a proposed plan, which will be sent to the department shortly and many other proposals.
