اختتام الدورة الاولى لسيدات الاعمال في مركزنا في بغدادوالتي استمرت لخمسة ايام ضمن الجزء الثاني لمشروع تطوير القطاع الخاص في العراق في بغداد والبصرة والموصل بعدد من الدورات ٩ دورات ٣ في كل محافظة لسيدات الاعمال قدم التدريب الدكتور عمر شعبان تتضمن الدورة محاور مهمة منها:
وضع خطة المشروع (Buisiness plan )
التفاوض والمراسلات التجارية والاتيكيت والبروتوكول واعداد التنادر بجزئيها المالي والفني بالاضافة للتسويق الرقمي واجتماعات الاون لاين وادارة الموارد البشرية ، وتقديم الاستشارات لسيدات الاعمال حول معوقات عملهن .
المركز العراقي ومنذ تاسيسه في ٢٠٠٤ يركز على التمكين الاقتصادي والثقافي بالاضافة للمساهمة في وضع مسودات القوانين وبناء السلام وحل النزاعات والمراة هي حاملة الراية 
يتضمن مشروع ICWRE تنفيذ 18 دورة لبناء القدرات الأساسية لـ 135 من الشركات الصغرى والصغيرة والمتوسطة و 135 باحثًا عن عمل. الدورة التاسعة من المشروع والاولى لسيدات الاعمال ، . في الفترة من ٢٨/١٢/٢٠٢٢ الى ١/١/٢٠٢٣ تم انجاز ٨ من المشروع الكلي ١٨ دورة كل دورة ٥ ايام ثلاثة في البصرة وثلاثة في الموصل وثلاثة في بغداد الان ستحتفل سيدات الاعمال باول يوم في راس السنة معا

Fundamental Capacity Workshop for Buisiness women in Baghdad
Support for Buisiness women with new borne companies & small projects seeking
to improve their skills!
The start of the first course for businesswomen in Baghdad within the second part of the private sector development project in Iraq in Baghdad, Basra and Mosul with a number of courses 9 courses 3 in each governorate for businesswomen. The course submitted by the trainer Dr Omar Shabab ,includes important axes, including:
Developing a business plan
Negotiation, commercial correspondence, etiquette and protocol, preparation of invitations in both its financial and technical parts, in addition to digital marketing, online meetings, human resources management, and providing consultations to businesswomen about the obstacles to their work.
The Iraqi Center, since its establishment in 2004, has focused on economic and cultural empowerment, in addition to contributing to drafting laws, peace-building and conflict resolution, and women are the flag-bearers.
The ICWRE project includes the implementation of 18 basic capacity building courses for 135 MSMEs
The ICWRE project includes the implementation of 18 fundamental capacity building workshops for 135 MSMEs and 135 job seekers.
The Private Sector Development & Employment Promotion (PSD) Project is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), co-financed by the European Union (EU) and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
